Philosophy
At our practice we focus on the patient as a human being with his or her current symptoms. It is our aim to advise patients to the best of our knowledge as if they were a member of our own family. It is our prime objective to impress with outstanding performance. We want to satisfy our patients with a close, personal relationship between doctor and patient at the practice and with a successful outcome to their surgery. We also strive to offer patients appointments at short notice and make sure they are not kept waiting. We see offering an "all-round service" as including "organisation", i.e. making referrals to specialists and advising patients we are unable to treat ourselves. In such situations we of course also remain in close contact with the physician taking over your case or responsible for primary care in order to find the best possible treatment for you.
